Merchant, Affiliated Brands, and Merchant of Record

“Bonka Box,” “we,” and “us” refer to Bonka Box. We collaborate with Bonka Bird Toys and Kings Cages (together, the “Affiliated Brands”) for fulfillment and brand operations. Each company owns its trademarks and operates its own websites and accounts.

The merchant of record for your order is shown at checkout and on your receipt. Your billing descriptor will reflect Bonka Box or Bonka Bird Toys, matching the merchant shown at checkout.

1. Definitions

“Services” means this website, customer accounts, subscription programs, customer support, and any purchase, shipment, or digital feature we provide. “Products” means the physical goods you buy from us.

2. Eligibility and Use

By using the Services, you represent that you are the age of majority in your state or province, or you have consented to allow your minor dependents to use the Services. Some Products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy at bonkabox.com/p/returns. We try to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your display’s accuracy. We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities. Descriptions and pricing may change at any time. Offers are void where prohibited. We do not warrant that Products, Services, or information will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

7. Billing, Accounts, and Failed Payments

We may refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, card, or address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the contact details provided.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your email, address, and payment methods.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, you authorize us to retry using your saved method(s). We may suspend shipments until payment succeeds. Update methods in your account.

8. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

Recurring disclosure. Subscription Products are clearly labeled as recurring subscriptions in product titles and at checkout. By starting a subscription, you agree it auto-renews at the stated interval and price until you cancel.

Consent at checkout. You must affirmatively check an unchecked box acknowledging the auto-renewal terms, price, frequency, and how to cancel.

Acknowledgment email. After purchase, we email you the renewal terms and all cancellation methods in a durable format.

How to cancel anytime. Use My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel.
